Bailie was the lead for IRB management and participant compensation in the Bloch-Elkouby Lab. She is interested in investigating the intersection between psychotherapy and emotional regulation in suicidal patients. She earned her master’s degree in clinical psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University in 2025, and her Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience and Behavioral Biology and Psychology from Emory University in 2023. She is currently enrolled in the clinical psychology Ph.D. program at Long Island Univeristy.
